The Citizens' Agenda for Houston's Future is the result of a five-month participatory process incorporating intensive participation of 2,500 City of Houston residents at 10 public meetings, including a Citizen Congress. The Citizens' Agenda captures and represents the goals and desires of Houston residents, forms a clear and bold agenda for the City's future, and suggests actions to turn these aspirations for the future into reality.
